Refund & Return Policy

At STEMRise Modular, we want every student, educator, and robotics team to have a great experience building and learning with the Gladiator robotics platform. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Returns requested after 14 days may not be accepted unless the product is defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been assembled or modified
  • Products missing original components or packaging
  • Digital downloads or documentation
Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide:

  • Replacement parts
  • Product exchange
  • Technical support to resolve the issue

Our goal is to ensure your robotics platform works properly for learning and competitions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Educational & School Orders

For schools, robotics clubs, and educational programs, please contact us directly for return or replacement requests. We aim to support educators and ensure students have working equipment for classroom learning and competitions.
